A structured Learner Programme aimed at supporting high school learners through critical stages of their development and academic journey.
The overarching aim of this programme is to walk alongside learners throughout their high school years—offering guidance, support, and developmental tools that help them grow into balanced, informed citizens. Ultimately, the programme contributes to shaping individuals who can positively impact their communities and participate meaningfully in the social and economic development of South Africa.
We pair a learner, student or job seeker(the “shadower”) with a current employee (the “host”) for a short period allowing the shadower to gain invaluable firsthand experience and insights of the role beyond the job description in order to make informed career or study.
