Our activities include various events, such as masterclasses and career expos, that expose learners to a variety of professions, professionals, and post-matric study and skills training opportunities. We focus on personal development and self-identity as a catalyst for purposeful career planning from as early as Grade 8, teaching self-awareness, cultivating a growth mindset, resilience, and successful transition from school to the world of work. As we grow, we will expand our support to post-matric youth, including bursaries, scholarships, internships, and leadership training.

With over 45% youth unemployment nationally and a growing number of graduates entering the market, there is a critical mismatch between qualifications obtained and the skills needed in the economy. Poor career guidance at school level leads many youth to make uninformed, costly decisions about their futures. We exist to guide youth toward informed career decisions, reducing risks and helping them change the legacies of poverty in their families.
